We Are Expanding

Wow... We are expanding our childcare, currently we only have one floor for the children. In November 2007, Our centre will have more spaces. We have taken upstair for more classroom and facilities. We are working hard to give the children and the parent our best services. And Thank you for all parents who have support us since the opening of the school.

Renovation works started last week and hopefully everything will be completed by first week of November.

I will try to upload photo on the progress of the renovations and the "before and after" photo.

Our Excursion Trip to Snow City - 20 June 2007

The children longing for this day to come.... and it's finally here

The time is:

We are on the bus heading to our destination ----------> "Snow City"

You must be wondering what is so fun about Snow City?

Let me tell you the schedule of the day:

First, We are going to attend a ice cream making session.... the children are going to make their own ice cream and eat it.

After that, all of us will be proceeding to the snow chamber to experience winter and snow!!!

DURING ICE CREAM MAKING SESSION

He's the instructor who is going to teach us how to make ice cream instantly!

Children waited patiently ......

Questions time! Which country invented ice cream?

"Can someone give me the answer?"

(Above) are the utensils needed to make the ice cream.

OK! IT"S TIME TO MAKE ICE CREAM...PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONAL CAREFULLY!

First, Open the cream.

Pour all the cream into the big steel tin (Below)

Then carefully pour the sugar into the tin, let everybody got a chance to try.

"Hold your cup properly and pour a little sugar into the tin. So that other friend got chances to pour too, Nicholas" said Teacher Priya

"OK" said Nicholas "Opps!"

"Teacher, the cup drop into the tin." Somebody help me PLEASE!!!!

Pour in the flavour now! Wow! It's chocolate flavour.
Instructor say: "This is nitrogen, it is very cold. You cannot touch it with your hand. It's use to freeze the cream instantly."
See the smoke from the nitrogen, it's very cold.

See! The ice cream is forming. You have to continue to stir until everything harden.

Look what this 3 little devils were doing? Dancing like a dancer on the stage.

TA DA! The ice cream is done.

Everybody enjoyed the ice cream. and after this ice cream session we are going to the the snow chamber. Wow....Everyone were so excited.
OpPs! You must be wondering why there isn't any photo when we were in the snow chamber.... it's so sad thing..we can bring any camera in and it's way way way toooooooo cold inside. My finger, my nose and my face they are freezing.

Ok, it;s time to go back to the school......

We are all tired and hungry.
